big glitz ring

big glitz quartz ring ~  a mammoth stone compared to what I'm usually working with. I couldn't go past this gorgeously cut aussie quartz, and thought there was no better way to set it than to let it do all the talking. it's set atop a wickedly chunky band and is guaranteed to catch the eyes of fellow magpies 

this piece was carved by hand from wax and cast in solid recycled 925 silver, the stone is a tourmaline from the northern territory

size O (usa 7.25), cannot be resized

stone measures 17.5mm across

*due to the super chunky nature of the band, this ring may fit a little more snug
